  🐟Kanyakumari  style  Meen curry (Fish Curry) ## Kanyakumari Style Meen curry (Local Fish Curry)method This is a traditional coastal type meen curry. Taste will be very good . Ingredients. * Fish – 1/2 kg * Tamarind – small lemon size * Big Onion – 1 * Tomato – 1 * Garlic – 4 to 6 (chopped) * Ginger – one little piece( chopped) * Curry leaves – few * Coconut oil – 3 table spoon # Spice Powders. * Redchilli powder – 2 spoons * Coriander powder – 1½ spoons * Turmeric powder – ½ spoon * Black pepper powder – ½ spoon (optional but local people add) * Salt – as needed ### For Grinding * Grated coconut – ½ cup * Fennel seeds – 1 spoon * Small onion – 4 to 5 Grind and add some little water to smooth paste. --- Methods : 1.heat the oil and add curry leaves, garlic(chopped) ,ginger (chopped) 2.
